6 Quick Apply Full-time 4 hours ago Full Job Description The Raleigh House is looking for an experienced Ranch Hand to join our team in Watkins! As the Ranch Hand you will get to work directly with our horses in our Equine Facility, where we deliver equine services and therapy to the clients in our onsite program.
In this position you will work on our 40 acres of Ranch land just outside of Denver, with sweeping views of the Rocky Mountains! Daily you will assist with caring for the horses as well as helping to maintain our property and buildings.

Essential Functions:
Completing daily assigned chores throughout the ranch.
Maintaining and caring for the horses on the property, which may include brushing, mucking stalls, feeding, assisting with exercise for the horses, providing medication to the horses, etc.
Inventorying and stocking all ranch essential supplies.
Light maintenance duties.
May be assigned to assist in horticulture care.
Educations and Other Employment Requirements:
High School Diploma preferred.
Must possess at least 2 years experience working with horses and ranch hand experience.
Must be able to work in a variety of weather conditions that occur in the Colorado plains (snow, wind, rain and heat).
Possess a valid drivers license and have a reliable form of transportation.
